Yes Heart Live Your Passion Love Your Life

{EAV-BLOG-ver:1fc305441922d81}

How do people persist and pursue and face life's challenges and keep going? The common theme is that when you say "yes " to the desires and dreams in your heart you are probably taking a passion fueled by passion.

Tonight on the show "Master Chef" Chef Ramsey delivered a decision to one of the contestants that she would no longer be continuing in the competition, she was out. This contestant had given up her "day job" as an Attorney in California to pursue her passion for cooking.

As she hung up her "Master Chef" apron she was proud that she had left Corporate America and the legal profession to pursue the love in her heart "food and cooking." She walked off the set with such a confidence that she's on her way to pursuing her dreams and won't look back or head back to a job that makes money but it less than ideal for her life.

It's great to see someone who has just been sent off a show know that what they have done so far was to take a huge step in the right direction without regrets. Stay tuned.

If you're reading this blog are you asking yourself,"Am I doing what I can to follow my heart and live my passion and love my life?" if you're not happy and you feel the heaviness in your heart or the pit of your stomach that something is not right in how you are proceeding with your life, do something about it. Make choices that lead you on the path you want to be. What will it take to make your heart sing?

Shaking Up the Economy and Feeling Great

You can't help but notice but more and more companies are embracing the trend towards shaking the way to a healthier and more trim body. I enjoy my daily shakes made with Nutriiveda Achieve in either French Vanilla or Dutch Chocolate endorsed by the Chopra Wellness Center as the only Ayurvedic shakes on the market .

Our bodies want to have all the nutrients and responds so positively when it gets the right nutrition and help to reduce stress and be more efficient in how it uses and digests what you ingest. It's much easier to stick with a regimen of replacing a meal daily this way when you enjoy what you are creating with your shake each time you make it.

I like the variety of adding some organic frozen fruits to my French Vanilla shake and even change up my shake with Almond Breeze Almond Milk and Organic Almond Butter or Organic Peanut Butter. The fruits I have tried have included blueberries, strawberries, peaches, blackberries, and raspberries. The shake was such a pretty color when I added some blueberries and blackberries or raspberries. It was fun to eat.

The body shaping have been dramatic in addition to the weight loss. How cool to say, "I'm not getting younger, I'm getting better ." The people noticing the difference who haven't seen me in a while make it even more fun. Let's admit it fun to have people notice you're a new and improved version of yourself- that makes what you're doing something you want to stick to.

For most people, they've never been exposed to lunch that can be lucrative. You can make money by helping others change their lives. It doesn't get better than this to look good, feel good, and get your share of the economic pie if you share the program with others and they participate.
